Hoping for a farm of their own
All summer a group of young adults with autism, their aides and volunteers have toiled in a garden at Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park. Founder Wendy Kaplan, of Locust Valley, hopes the garden called SustainAbility will provide training for the day the group can move to a farm of their own.
