Coughlin to receive Army honor

Giants coach Tom Coughlin will receive the U.S. Army's Outstanding Civilian Service Award Wednesday night at Fort Myer in Virginia.
The Award will be presented by Gen. Raymond T. Odierno , the Army's Chief of Staff and an occasional visitor to Coughlin's NFL team.
The citation presented to Coughlin will read:
