Rob Scuderi
Rob Scuderi, a Bethpage native who played at St. Anthony's High School and is now with the Los Angeles Kings, is the only Long Islander to have had his name engraved on the Stanley Cup. In fact, he’s the only player from Long Island ever to play on a Stanley Cup-winning team, an honor he earned as a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2009.
