Watch the UFC 146 video preview
An all-heavyweight pay-per-view card such as UFC 146 requires a heavy use of bandwidth to upload a video that is 9 minutes, 30 seconds long.
Lucky for you we already did that and you can just watch it here as Joe Rogan sets up the main and co-main events:
- Heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos vs. challenger Frank Mir
- Cain Velasquez vs. Antonio Silva...
Anderson Silva + Steven Seagal + commercial = fun
I don't always watch beer commercials, but when I do, I prefer Anderson Silva dressed in the Uma Thurman outfit and wig from "Kill Bill."
I also prefer to have Steven Seagal, Bruce Buffer and referee Dan Miragliotta to appear in the same commercial.
Enjoy the show, folks. It's somewhat amusing.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission had quite the news day on this particular Monday.
First, they approved Chael Sonnen's request for a therapeutic-use exemption (TUE) for testosterone, thereby allowing for the UFC 148 main event against champion Anderson Silva to happen.
After Sonnen's first shot at Silva in August 2010, he tested positive for elevated levels of testosterone, was suspended,...

Derrick Mehmen has a cross tattooed on the front of his left thigh. On the back and outer side of that thigh is something less permanent: the imprint of Gian Villante's foot.
Villante, from Levittown, peppered the lead leg of Mehmen and mixed in solid punches to win a unanimous decision at Strikeforce on Saturday night in San Jose, Calif. Two judges scored the bout 30-27 and the third judge...
Levittown's Gian Villante makes weight for Strikeforce bout

He looked down, saw the empty fast food wrapper in the garbage can inside the gym's office and felt the pain.
"That's not even fair," Gian Villante said last Saturday.
Fighters can get ornery in the final days while ridding their body of calorie after calorie in effort to make weight. He's eating vegetables and small portions of healthy things, and those around him are scarfing...

Jon Fitch and the 'Such Great Heights' trailer
Rewind your MMA brains about four years to a time when Jon Fitch had a title shot against UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre. That would be UFC 87 on Aug. 9, 2008, and GSP won by -- surprise -- a unanimous decision.
This documentary, "Such Great Heights," tells the story of Fitch's training for that title shot. It also gives you an inside look at American Kickboxing Academy...
